How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 4–6 days once your order ships. Items come from more than one location, so the time it takes us to dispatch an order varies by product — you get a tracking number by email as soon as yours is on its way.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders over $150. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States, in US dollars.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. Email homecharmusa@gmail.com to start a return — please contact us before sending anything back.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email homecharmusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, and cover the return shipping.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We photograph every product as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small differences in tone are normal. Dimensions and capacities on each product page are the supplier's specifications.

Do you take bulk orders?
