Where we ship

We ship within the United States. All prices are in US dollars.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 4–6 days once your order is on its way.

Processing

Items ship from more than one location, so the time it takes us to get an order moving varies by product. We send you a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you always know where it stands. If an item is going to take unusually long, we email you first.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged, email homecharmusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right.
